For those on the path of spiritual embodiment, the phrase “Heaven on Earth” isn’t just poetic—it is a mission. It is about embodying divine frequencies, aligning with higher consciousness, and co-creating a reality that reflects our true essence. Yet, for many, this concept remains elusive, often confined to philosophy, spiritual texts, or distant dreams.

The history we have been taught often acts as a veil, obscuring the profound truths of our existence. As an Indian, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the Vedic scriptures and the timeless wisdom of figures like Krishna, whose teachings continue to guide seekers on this path of inner and outer transformation.

Understanding the Dimensions of Reality

To truly grasp “Heaven on Earth,” we must first understand the structure of our reality. According to Ashayana Deane’s teachings, Earth exists within a 12-dimensional matter matrix, experienced through the 12-strand DNA template in humans. Each band of three dimensions forms a distinct frequency band:

  • Dimensions 1–3: Our tangible, physical reality.

  • Dimensions 4–6 (Tara): A higher-dimensional frequency band, often associated with higher consciousness and spiritual integration.

  • Dimensions 7–9 (Gala): Another band of elevated frequencies, containing subtle layers of consciousness.

  • Dimensions 10–12 (Aramatena): The highest dimensional band, connected to cosmic consciousness and ultimate unity.

These realms are not separate worlds, but interconnected layers of consciousness. Earth, in its current state, resides predominantly in the lower frequency bands, having descended from its original higher-dimensional state.

Ascension: Returning to Higher Realms

Why are most of us aware only of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dimensions? Our consciousness is primarily anchored in these lower frequencies, limiting perception and experience. As our awareness raises in vibration, we gradually access higher dimensions, bringing the “Heaven” within reach.

For many, this “Heaven” corresponds to Tara (dimensions 4–6). Earth was once part of Tara but has descended into denser frequency bands. Today, the planetary conditions and cosmic alignments present a rare window for ascension, allowing those prepared to transition into higher realms while still embodied.

This process requires the body to release density, letting light and higher frequencies enter. During this time, you may notice physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts — the classic ascension symptoms. These signals indicate the body adapting to higher vibrational energy.

Integration with the Higher Self

“Earth merging back with its higher self” is a poetic way of describing this ascension. For those on the path, it involves integrating with the higher self, bringing this embodied consciousness into daily life.

However, ascension is not purely blissful. As higher frequencies enter, suppressed shadows and unresolved aspects surface. This can manifest as the “dark night of the soul” — intense inner turmoil and transformation. These challenges are necessary for healing, integration, and awakening.

According to Ashayana Deane, every approximately 26,000 years, a window opens in which those who have raised their frequency can ascend to higher realms. We are currently in such a window, offering a profound opportunity for spiritual evolution.
